Once opened, we recommend keeping your sauces refrigerated and consuming them within 12 weeks for the best flavor and quality.
Are your sauces suitable for vegans and vegetarians?
The majority of our range is vegan-friendly. Please check the individual product pages or the 'Ingredients' label on the bottle for specific dietary information.
What is the typical shelf life of an unopened bottle?
All our sauces typically have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months from the date of manufacture. The specific 'Best Before' date is printed on the neck of every bottle.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our glass bottles, but if an item arrives broken, please email a photo of the damage to our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement.
Are your sauces gluten-free?
Many of our sauces are naturally gluten-free. However, some recipes contain soy sauce or barley. We clearly highlight all allergens in bold on our ingredient lists.
