We've used our signature barrel-aged jalapeño chilli mash for an extra kick. Perfect for spicing up your baked eggs for brunch, used as the base for chilli con carne (or veggie) or poured over enchiladas before baking.

The secret is our signature jalapeño mash, we take perfectly ripened jalapeño peppers, salt them and then age them for 2-4 weeks to accentuate the fruity flavours.

The name for our Ranchero sauce was inspired by the traditional Mexican breakfast known as Huevos Rancheros. This sauce is perfect in this dish with a fresh tortilla, egg, avocado and plenty of fresh coriander.
