Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the product.

  Provide Proof

  For damaged or defective sauces, please attach a clear photograph of the product and packaging to expedite your claim.

  Receive Authorization

  Once reviewed, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.

  Refund Processing

  After we receive your items, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement bottles within 3-5 business days.
